The Pronemac anesthesia mask delivers safe anesthesia for selected surgeries requiring the prone position.

The Pronemac is designed to safely give a non-general anesthetic while the patient is lying face-down. It is capable of delivering O2 while also monitoring breathing (end tidal CO2). With the Pronemac, patients can be safely given iv anesthetics for sedation without the need of an endotracheal tube or ventilator. Oxygen delivery and monitoring of vital signs are maintained as standard of care. Patients are able to comfortably lie face down in the Pronemac anesthesia mask prior to the administration of sedation. At the end of the surgery the patient is capable of returning to their recovery bed unassisted. The Pronemac mask is disposable to guarantee sterile conditions.
